Shipping Policy
All products are sent directly from our partner factories to the address given at the time of purchase and delivery takes from 5 to 7 working days (after the product has been posted) depending on the location.
Products are dispatched within a maximum of 3 working days after payment is confirmed in our system, but usually within 2 working days.
An important point to note is that orders placed by bank slip take between 1 and 3 working days for payment to be confirmed in our system.
After dispatch, we provide a tracking code so that the customer can follow the progress of the delivery of their order.
The shop guarantees delivery of the order. We are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or misplaced during the delivery process. All products are posted with insurance against loss and with free internet tracking, the delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.
We ask for your attention when filling in the delivery address in order to guarantee receipt of the product. We are not responsible for any problems with delivery due to incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer. Products delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer can only be sent back if they are returned by the person who received them or if delivery is refused.
Insured delivery
If the product is delayed and not delivered, the amount paid will be 100% refunded.
Please note: When your order is dispatched, you may receive more than one parcel depending on the number of items in the order. So if you receive one parcel first and then another, rest assured that this is completely normal.

If the post office is not in possession of your order, please contact us immediately to check.
If we confirm that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will refund your purchase in full immediately after these verification steps.
